No surprise to me, since I lived in Detroit for 9 years, and saw firsthand how Canadians would pour across the border to get care at Henry Ford Medican Center or Beaumont Hospital.
No one in their right mind would want this kind of system. Those who suffer MOST under it are those who can afford nothing else. In the U.S., if you're poor, you get care, and you can't pay for it. Under socialized medicine, you pay for it, and you don't get care
